For smaller employers (500 or fewer employees) the rate is $13.00 an hour if they have no medical benefits, $11.50 if they receive medical benefits or are partly paid through tips.

IRS Mileage Reimbursement Rate for Business Travel

The IRS increased the standard reimbursement rate of 54.5 cents per mile, effective January 1, 2018.
