We are pleased to welcome Victoria Nguyen to the Whitford Law Offices employment and labor law team. Victoria is a second year student at Willamette University College of Law. She is responsible for legal research, office management, and administrative support of our Salem office. Victoria comes to us with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Leadership and Minor in Psychology from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington. Victoria takes over from Matthew Matrisciano who has completed is clerkship and accepted an externship position, working on consumer fraud issues for the Oregon Department of Justice.

Trent Whitford will present a program on Developing and Administering Workplace Drug and Alcohol Policies today at a conference sponsored by the Oregon SHARP Alliance. In addition to legal and practical issues, Trent will also discuss the use of such policiesto demonstrate employers' commitment to workplace safety. Trent's presentation of drug and alcohol policies is just one among several different training topics we provide to our clients.
